"For the greater good," They believe or have been led to believe that Earth is warming despite the data saying otherwise. So in the past year or two, yes, they have passed a law allowing them to do what they have been "testing" for years all in the name of fighting global warming. What's a little illness to a few people when what we are doing save the World?
