I never said it's a government plot. I believe, they believe they are doing the right thing and aren't going to admit what they are doing publicly afraid of the backlash. Hell they can't even spray for mosquitoes around here without it becoming a controvery. I also believe they really don't know what they are doing, China as an example, and who knows what other catostrophies they've caused by "doing good" and I have no doubt they will keep doing it and denying it no matter what the consequences.
As to your cloud seeding. How about this theory. Chemtrails are to create the clouds which are seeded.
