I doubt that is the most densely populated place in the world. Have you ever seen those apartment buildings where a family of four lives in 35 square metres?
That is like 7142 per square kilometre, but you should multiply that for the number of story, so if it is a 10 stories building, the density is 71420 persons per square kilometre...
