Well according to the search warrant, Mutum Sigillum's account was seized because Mark Karpeles didn't register the company properly as an MSB (Money Service Business)
Can't say I'm surprised!
From what I've read, the reason why the price hasn't crashed is because people have been taking their fiat out of Mt Gox and converting it to Bitcoins and transferring them away from Mt Gox.
But lets be honest who the fuck knows
I expected the price to be sitting at around $75 - $80 today and I was completely wrong
