Sounds fair, all I am saying is that if its fake than it would come to vivid's attention (like someone interested would contact them to confirm if its actually them) before auction ends (6 days left so far) and they would contact ebay to remove it.
That would be extremely naive for the scammer to thing he could get away with it.
If I was a scammer like that I would put it up for 24hour auction and require immediate payment. Then there could be some chance to bank.
