Most Red states are welfare states anyway.. Texas being one of the only Red states that doesn't get back more federal money than they pay. Blue states are usually always paying the way for the Conservative red states.
I'd love to see the day that Conservative got their way and everyone had to pay for themselves, right down to each state. Blue states like Cali & most of the north eastern states would be well ahead of the game at that point.
