as for your statements about everything else.. you are mssing a few details.
just because there is a german or NL campaign paying a set price and has the highest bid, doesn't mean we sell all german or NL traffic for that price. If the highest bidder have a hourly cap at 100 hits, then most traffic will not be sent to that campaign, but might be sent to a campaign paying less. We are not scamming anyone. We are working hard to let our publishers make the most from their traffic, and probably take a smaller percentage than many other ad networks. Our percentage vary depending on campaigns and traffic type, but publishers usually get an average of 75-95% of the revenue generated from all campaigns.
