“They were waiting for the police, they were telling people, civilians on the street, to call the police, they wanted to get caught, they were stupid people.”
He said when armed officers arrived a policewoman “jumped out” and shot them both. It was the police who opened first, he confirmed.
He said they had the gun out but were just “walking casually” with their arms at their sides.
