I am a dinosaur ! I used to shoot a video for XX amount, and turn it into XXXX over and over again... Rinse and repeat etc. The REAL money was before online came about, and then a good boost up until about 2004... Then it all went slowly downhill, until it fell off the cliff with the tubes

I started in this biz VERY late - January 2009 - so whatever 'success' I can squeeze out I'm happy with because it's all new to me. But if I had started back in 2002 I'd be like Shap (long gone) by now. I missed it, I missed out on the 'Golden Era' of online porn.
Now? Only laws and regulation have even the slimmest chance of doing anything about this proliferation of free porn - where are the parents groups? Where is the outrage? - but barring that we're fucked. And not in a good way. BUT, as in my case, if we ratchet down expectations then Adult is still a pretty sweet business. (This will be tougher for the signupdamnit's of the world, sad to say.)
