We take our rights to publish materials on the web for granted these days. It was not always this way, and many good people (Like Larry Flint for example) have suffered at the hands of an overbearing government.
We owe our livelihoods and our freedom to organizations that came before and are now only really represented by the Free Speech Coalition.
If we ever believe that we have a "right" to do what we, as an industry do, we could be blindsided. Even in the last few years, we have had producers go to jail. Many of us cannot even open bank accounts (as widely reported last week).
It would help everyone involved to ensure our business continues to gain ground and recognition and acceptance, then Manwin should fund the FSC and ensure that it continues to fight the good fight on all of our behalf!
