That's because I am. Think what you want about me, but I don't start fights; unlike Chris Hayes who is a 2 strike felon in the state of California for violent offenses.
All that being said, I have always had a cordial relationship with the guy, hung out with him many times, and there was no issue with him that day (or ever).
To be quite frank, he didn't have any idea who was on the other side of that door till it came crashing down on my head.
It was the most senseless act of violence I've ever witnessed.
I HAD A NEAR FATAL STROKE as a result of my head hitting the concrete.
I wasn't even drunk, I hadn't drank in several hours because my girl and I wanted to leave several hours before this happened, but the guy who drove us was wasted. They drew blood at the hospital, I had a 0 BAC, some marijuana (which I have a medical card for), and nothing else.
I don't need to lie or embellish my side of the story, the truth is out there, and he'll be serving 25 to life soon, not to mention what I go after him civilly for.
It's a dog-eat-dog world.
