Mike is very correct.
Now that it appears AB 332 is at least on hold, if not dead, we need to start discussing how to change CCR 5193 and how to do so fast.

For anyone that has a couple of mind-numbing hours to spare here is the text of the California law -

https://www.dir.ca.gov/title8/5193.html

This is the basis for all of AHF's attempts to impose their will. Its what Measure B was based on. It is what AB 332 was based on. And Im sure it is what their state-wide ballot Measure for condoms will be based on.

And if you think California is the only one with a bloodborne pathogens law - guess again

http://www.health.ny.gov/professiona...pdf/srgbbp.pdf

http://health.nv.gov/PDFs/HIV_STD_TB...OGENS_quiz.pdf

And here's the federal OSHA's handout on bloodborne pathogens

http://www.osha.gov/Publications/osha3186.pdf

Cali's bloodborne pathogen regs are federally approved by OSHA so any state can easily adopt them if they so choose.

And since Cal-OSHA has seen fit to apply to the regs to porn, any state's OSHA department can choose to do the same.

So again, if anyone thinks that moving out of California will help, guess again.

Does anyone think that AHF will just limit themselves to California ?
