The result is that it became one of the many places where they over extended themselves and got bogged down financially and militarily while at the same time spending the coming decades trying to keep up with Western military growth until they collapsed in on themselves and became irrelevant and failed.

I've been around the world. I've spent more time traveling and being in and living in foreign countries than almost every single person on this forum. The majority of the world loves an idea that doesn't exist "the american dream" and what it represents. The majority of the world thinks Americans are exactly what they are... loud, arrogant, fat, naive, detached and ignorant.
