yes... it was a real bitch here in Florida trying to buy this last house we got because of foreigners..
the friggin Germans and UK fuckers were scooping up foreclosures as investment properties.. some of them getting a half dozen at once.. we'd bid 6k over asking price and kept getting outbid.
