I may be alone here, but there is a huge difference between good tattoos and bad tattoos. I have seen too many girls wreck their bodies with cheap, poorly done tattoos from artists with no ability. That being said, a good tattoo from a skilled artist can go a long way.

TLDR: Bad tattoos bad, good tattoos good.
