If you go in there and they relieve some pressure tell you it may take another session or two and give you some exercises/stretches to help remedy the heart of the problem? See, when i first went that's what i thought i was going for. A quick assessment, and then maybe a few sessions at most to try get me back in shape. Well, to relieve the pain anyway.
But as soon as i went, he had a whole fucking schedule mapped out for me. 6 months to begin with, at 2 or 3 sessions per week.
I went about 5 times all in and then when i felt my back wasn't giving me half as much problems, left it at that.
I've since had them on the phone asking why the hell i haven't been back to complete my course...
