reminder: since it costs energy to do: H2 + 1/2 O2 --> H2O
It requires exactly the same amount of energy to do H2O--> H2+1/O2
It requires also energy to produce plasma..

So i make a plasma (that costs energy) to decompose water, then suddently for some reason i would make more energy from the hydrogen that i get ?
No, since these reactions have not a yield of 100% (the appartus can't be perfect and there is also a thermic effect that costs energy), you will lose energy instead of winning some...

(and i state here, that the appartus is something more than a combustion engine that works with oil)
