So I was watching historical series about Pushkin the other day. And they mentioned borders were open in that time, so anyone basically could go to Paris for example. Wow, i thought to myself, it could be because Napoleon lost the war in 1812... So why if we extend that to WW2 outcome EU requires me to apply for a visa nowadays? Dafuk?
