I think something is up with your signup/join page man, I tried to signup but it just reloaded with no message or anything.

Then when I clicked Join Now (on the sign up page......) I was taken to the biller page:

Using Chrome browser.

Unless I'm totally bonkers, that must be costing you some sales.
