Interesting video -- that what my father's word he was a student at NYU in 1939.

The world was hardly an idyllic place, the Nazis were busy conquering Europe. My father volunteered for the Army right after Perl Harbor. By 1942 most of my uncles were drafted.

In 1939 the blitzkrieg was rolling and Europe was in flames -- it must have sucked to be a young man then.

We complain of our lives but viewing this video makes me glad my time is now.
