I always use bagged frozen veggies, because the nutrients are supposedly flash frozen -- while the fresh version loses its nutrients sitting out in the open. It's also cheaper also than fresh and takes up less space.

LOL. Flash frozen. LOL - Freezing has a negative impact on foods. There is a new freezer out, developed in Japan that reduces or eliminates the negative affects.
To the OP. Include some non liquids daily. Doctors say liquid only diets harm the kidneys. Over-works them.
