You're either mistaken or you misread me. Collectively, you can get a lot of protein from vegetables. But a single serving of say, broccoli, will only net you 2 to 3 grams of protein. Most people will only eat a couple of servings of vegetables with their dinner. So you'd have to juice it like Joe Cross did in that movie I mentioned to really get a lot. He spent $14 a day juicing his meals.
