There's so much misinformation out there about the so-called dangers of soy that it's going to take a long time to teach the public that soy is actually safe. Your post is pretty typical of the misunderstood view of soy and its effect on our health. Soy is actually very good for our health. It's the processed soy that is the problem. But all processed foods are bad. That's what's so bizarre about this. People just need to avoid processed soy such as soy burgers and soy milk (unless it says whole bean milk or similar) on label. That being said health experts are recommending 1-2 cups a day of soy. Too much of anything is never a good thing.
