My average, network-wide, is 1:1000 BUT if you take out low-performing "bonus" sites then it's an actual 1:500 or better.
Anything over 1:1000 is rough; getting (good) traffic at that level (consistently) is a challenge if we're talking 2k+ hits per sale.
