I would be ok if they just replied to my questions and emails but they completely straight up ignore me. The few times they have replied, they do not address my concerns. I have asked them 5 times what my balance is and I get nothing. If they would just reply with something like "ok, we looked into it and we owe you around $35,000 after reversals and we will pay you in 90 days" I would be ok with that.
