I don't imagine that anybody really thought that you would have done, however, clearly there has been a pretty serious misunderstanding. For the sake of closure of this thread, and the peace of mind of future potential Netbilling customers, could you explain how this misunderstanding about what telephone sales are actually arose?
My guess is that they were set up to process cardholder present transactions for tangible goods over the telephone (for some reason) but they used it for cardholder not present transactions for phone services?
