Getting arrested for a fine is much easier in my town.. I got pulled over and then a ride to the police station, they let my friend walk over and drive my car there so it wouldn't be towed (After they found a bag of weed and didn't care or take it..) and I sat in a chair in the lobby for about 2 minutes and left. I got to use my own phone, too, and took a pic of the cop from the back seat in cuffs to prove it.
