It's very simple - You don't obey a police officer when you are arrest, you get cuffed, and if you resist in any form at all you get wrestled to the ground.

I've never been arrested, but I went through a full felony stop. The shut down the freeway, and I had multiple officers with handguns trained me. Trust me I followed their every last command to the letter. And I still got man handled - even though I had nothing more then speeding.

You get what you deserve in life. If you are stupid enough to get arrested on an unpaid fine and then you are going to give attitude to the officers, you will get what you deserve.
