I would take care with free hosts, after Thumblogger issue. Just try to look for someone who has been in the business for years.
Joining a free host that opened in the last few months, and already has technical issues, it's very stupid. It makes them look like an amateur hobby free blog host run from his mom's basement, and not a professional business.
Look for someone who has been around for years.
Yeah I know thumblogger been here since 2005 and failed, but he was 8 years in the business. Try to look for any other free host that has been that much time and made millions of dollars to its webmasters. Hardly any other, but still there are some solid ones I use with great success, but all are Free Adult Blog Hosts, and not HTML like you are looking for.
