Look at it this way - if Johnny Law came knocking, what would you need to
prove that all of the models in the content you offer were legal AND that you had the right(s) to (re)distribute that content?
To answer your original question, you should at the very least have valid contact info for content providers in case it turns out that one of the models wasn't in fact over the age of consent, or that someone else is claiming ownership of the material - you want to be able to pass the buck to the responsible party so you aren't implicated.
