I tell ya, vegetarians, vegans, and especially raw vegans have some pretty crazy notions regarding healthy diet. Don't try telling them that though. Like religious fanatics, they will not listen to a word you say.

A balanced diet of lean protein (chicken breasts, turkey, and fish), complex carbs, sugars (from fruits), and fiber from vegetables works well for me. Don't over eat. That's the secret. Most people consume more calories per day than they burn, so they get fat.
