I am on Day 3 now
I ran 3 miles today
Why did I start this thread? Why here?
1) Recruiting others to hold me accountable to my weight loss goal
2) A test of character building - setting a goal, setting sacrifices, taking action, pushing past limitations.
3) Gather negative vibes/hate which I can then challenge myself to transform into positive feedback. (I know this sounds weird but it produces results)
4) Taking responsibility and not blaming others or engaging in denial
5) I love challenging myself to become a better person. I know I am capable of being so much more that what I currently am in terms of health.
I'll post pictures and updates periodically.
