Open door policy = Bad
Restricted policy for highly skilled immigrants where there is a skills shortage = Good
But according to you that's Xenophobic
Canada, Australia, New Zealand to name a few have these policies but then according to you that makes those countries Xenophobic and racist. Of coarse I just consider that having a sensible immigration policy, but then that's just me

In most Asian countries the download speeds are piss poor compared to the west and the upload speeds are woefully inadequate. I'm happy for you that dialup and slow broadband is sufficient for whatever you're doing online for work but for the rest of us in the West i.e. EU & US we're used to having up to 100mb broadband with 10 - 20mb upload as a minimum.
