Quick help
1 ) Fetching all
You can browse a feed using start and limit. You can find the total number of items in the <total> tag. Example: stream_flash.php?type=xml_feed&site=SITEID&start=0 &limit=10 shows first 10 galleries.
2 ) Fetching items since last update.
If you use standard URL, feed will dump only new videos. You can keep your database synchronized via <updated> tag which will always shows last update time in RFC 3339 Time Formatting Standard
