no,it was free.I am also having complete health care free as unemployed (need to write one document every year that I don't have a work).I am just saying that they asked 50 eur more for better service ,privately. That sucks and that is very dangerous thing (what will happen when you need hearth surgery). Personally, idea of paying for medicine and health care is sign of low level of humanity and civilization. Maybe because I am coming from place where it was free for all but even that I am not from there, we are all humans and need to be treated like that. Idea that you can live if you have to pay is terrible and as I am concerned, equal to some apocalyptic movie scenario.
