i never said i gained 10 pounds of muscle in 90 days, i was simply stating that it's unfair to say you can't gain muscle on p90x, especially after using the program for only 30 days.

Seems like a decent program if you cant get to the gym, or used as a supplement to training protocol. 3 days of legs/back/chest, 2 days of P90
