According to this thread so far Epoch is testing without notifying you or Struggle4Bucks in advance. You contacted Epoch around 1:26AM PST and they confirmed PayPal as a payment method is in testing.
The way webmasters are notified of Epoch testing of PayPal is through a GFY post from some duchebag in Amsterdam?
Usually select beta testers are involved to work out bugs before going live & before going live sponsors & affiliates are notified in advance. Good business.
Something is fishy here, and my dick is clean, so will be interesting to see how things unfold. It's 3am my time I'm sure things will progress here as I regenerate for the next 10 hours or so.
