So I asked for full custody (we have shared today) over my daughter a little over a year ago because her mom isn't.. well being a mom to her.

And now because the case is ongoing in the courts, I can take her out of the country on vacation unless her mom agrees to the location, cause it'd be kidnapping otherwise. wtf.
