She's 7 soon. And I agree, we (as in my fiancee and me) try to shield both kids as much as we can.
It used to be ok-ish, but then her mom blew a fuse in her head or something, I seriously don't know what happened. But according to the latest check, she's now mentally ill. So we've spend literally tens of thousands of dollars on this case as a last resort trying to get her to live with us more than 5 days every second week.
We had just promised the kids we'd all go on a vacation this year in a warm country, so we were about to book an all inclusive trip to Sharm El Sheikh when we figure it would be wise to call the lawyer. So I did and came here to vent the frustration heh. Well at least we can see the end of the case coming up. 2nd of July is the last court date. Then 2 weeks before the verdict.
Of course either side can appeal once.
