I think maybe the bigger problem here for affiliates (I don't know if any reps or other sponsors give a shit) is the idea that a sponsor can assign rebills to another affiliate account. I remember this being brought up before. I'm guessing there is no notification given to the affiliate specifically mentioning that the rebills were manually reassigned by the sponsor.

Indeed that is the biggest problem. I contacted CCBill about that when I caught a program doing that and they replied the money is going into an account that I am not an affiliate of and therefore won't be able to get paid.
