By this I mean a way to quickly manage identities across social networking and/or email or whatever sites.

For example, if I have a personal FB page, a mainstream biz FB page, a couple adult biz pages, etc - a way to navigate between them without logging on and off constantly. Or another example being I have a personal Google account and a webmaster one. Personal Tumblr & webmaster one. And so on.

Right now I'm just manually juggling these but I figure there's gotta be a better way, right?
