Hey everyone,
I recently befriended Mike Oliveri. He suffers from muscular dystrophy and may not be with us for much longer. Though he lives with the immanent death sentence and constantly struggles to pay his steep health care bills and feed himself, he has an AMAZING positive attitude! He has made the International News a couple times lately. Once because he set the world record for a HALO skydive of 30,370 ft and also because he petitioned Sir Richard Branson for a ride on the world's first commercial passenger spacecraft, the VSS Enterprise, because it is his dream is to be the first disabled man in space.
Another one of his dreams is to direct a porn scene!
I am hoping that someone in LA will allow him on set to direct a scene. There's so very few people in this world that I truly admire, and he's on the top of the list. I would be very beholding to anyone who would agree to hook him up. I also believe that this too could become another international story and he has no problem with that. That surely would not hurt business.
He also made news for other reasons, like being a medical marijuana advocate and Paris Hilton liking him and giving him some dough.
