Yes. Selling physical DVD's is perfectly within Paypal's TOS and I have an email from them confirming it.

It drives me nuts whenever I see people say "paypal doesn't allow adult". Yes they do. They just don't allow digitally delivered adult goods.

I've been selling my content on ebay for over 2yrs now, using Paypal as my payment processor. Both ebay and paypal are aware of this and haven't done a thing.

The only thing that happened to me is when I first started, I skirted ebay's rules and was selling downloadable zip files. Made a small killing for over 6 months before they finally took action. (Ebay, not Paypal).. and they didn't shut me down.. They simply deleted my listings and told me I had to sell my items as physical DVD's and CD's.

Yes.. it sucks, since I had to raise my prices significantly to cover shipping, and my sales dropped tremendously as a result. Buyers don't want this stuff sent to their home!

I should also note that I went from paying ebay approximately $300/mo in fees to around $5/mo. I understand $300/mo is a drop in the bucket.. but even so.. If I were ebay, I would have turned the other cheek.
