PayPal accepts adult? Yes, but only Erotica books without images. They don't allow images or videos.
I have to say that I've sent an email to a big paysite network asking to pay their membership via PayPal because I had some cash standing there, and they have sent their "corporate PayPal", so I was able to sign up on a porn site paying via PayPal.
I guess PayPal is a manual option only for those who ask for it. After all, they will never know, right?
