.mp4 is pretty much the gold standard now... except for html5 streaming in firefox and opera (possibly other less popular browsers as well)... so if you're going to go with html5 streaming then you need mp4 + webm to cover most/all browsers...
ogv for older versions of opera/firefox as well but we find it not worth it since people can/should just upgrade their browsers... so we're sticking with mp4 + webm (starting with the launch of Trike Patrol's new design next week, then all of our sites over the next few months)...
