the first buy was enough ammo to have an iraq-like war throughout all of america for 20 years

the second buy increases it to 50 years or something

the 'good guess reason' is a federal trick to dry up ammo supply.. however this ammo shortage is impacting police forces, who are now forced to borrow from the citizenry
