Home Land security is suppose to be a force inside the US to protect us. Why would after they bought 1.6 billion rounds of ammo need 750 million more, to dry up supply's for others.

Think of it this way, they have military weapons, they are using M4's and M16's . They can fire .223, but they are made for .556 which is a NATO round. There is a shortage of civilian ammo, not military ammo.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
