Look, I could give a shit how many rounds of ammo they have (though for actual guys with guns in homeland security it's a LOT more than 650 rounds).

I have had my current shotgun for 10 years. Bought a box of shells. I think I've shot it 5 or 6 times (that's 5 or 6 shots total).

I still have the box of shells sitting in the closet.

Have Homeland Security ever had a "shootout" with "bad guys" or actually fired their weapons in any type of situation other than practice
