I don't allow stress in my life.
I am a former US Marine. Unless people are shooting at me and unless people are about to die, there is no stress or pressure. I've had drill instructors yelling me at me for hours on end; The problem I have in the back yard with my tree is not really stressful.
I also have a habit of staying away from people who cause stress. You see them all the time - people who have all kinds of personal problems love to pull everyone else into them. We have lots of friends, but we stay away from the ones who are basket cases.
