You're insulted that someone considered hiring you? Were your fees listed up front? Who are you? What do you do? What's the problem with someone offering less than you want and simply not doing business, instead of somehow trying to publicly humiliate him? Did he do something else to you? People make ridiculous offers all the time. Part of the biz.
